The Dalhousie MBA offers customizable approaches to learning for highly motivated recent graduates, early career professionals, and those looking to strengthen their managerial and leadership capabilities. Each is provided a unique pathway through which they can further develop the personal and professional skills necessary to make a more meaningful impact, see the world differently, and solve today’s complex business problems.
CORPORATE RESIDENCY PATHWAY
Length Full-time/22-months*
Mode of Delivery Primarily in-person with online and in-person electives
Ideal Candidate This pathway is intended for individuals who have recently completed an undergraduate degree (direct entry) or early career professionals looking for a pivot. Applicants must have less than 5 years of work experience.
*The joint JD/MBA pathway spans 4 years and is offered jointly with the Schulich School of Law
CAREER ADVANCE PATHWAY
Length Part-time/2.5-7 years
Mode of Delivery Primarily online/blended with 3.5 day in-person Core Course intensives offered in Halifax, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver
Ideal Candidate This pathway is designed for mid-career working professionals who are looking to advance their career. Applicants must have 5 or more years of relevant professional work experience and reside in Canada.
